RETURN POLICY (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

This Return Policy explains your rights and options if you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our online shop.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email with a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

• your order number
• the product(s) you wish to return
• the name used for the order

3. Return Conditions

Returned products must:

• be unused and in their original condition
• be returned in the original packaging where possible
• be sent back within 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us without delay at info@trailcraft.eu

We may request photos of the damage to process your claim.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• refunds will be processed within 14 days
• refunds will be made using the original payment method
• standard shipping costs will be refunded where legally required

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
• customized or personalized products
• digital products or services, if applicable

Please note that products showing signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.

8. Lost Packages

If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us.

We will investigate the issue with the shipping provider and inform you of the next steps.
